PatchGeeks.com offers our customers in the United States the opportunity to have custom made patches in small runs of 50 of each patch. We specialize in making the large 12" Jacket-size patches for clubs and organizations, but we can also make custom 4" or smaller patches.

Our custom patches include up to 7 colors, are 100% embroidered, have an iron-on backing and a merrowed edge.

What is Required for Custom Patch Orders:

• 50 Piece Minimum Order (that is 50 of the same design)
• High Resolution (300 dpi or higher) artwork To-Size or Vector Artwork of the Custom Design (we can provide spec artwork for an additional fee)
• Pre-Pay the total before the order begins

Information You Need To Know Prior to Ordering:

• Payment is Required IN ADVANCE
• Artwork must be approved (to meet specs)
• You will receive one scanned image (via email) of your sample patch to approve before your order is processed
• Custom Orders take 40-50 days AFTER your artwork is approved
